What are the folded dimensions?
When collapsed, the stool section folds to approximately 15″ × 10″ × 4″, fitting easily in a vehicle trunk or gear locker.
What material is the backpack made of?
The shell is available in heavy-duty 600D polyester or durable canvas, both with reinforced stitching. We offer olive, camouflage, and custom-printed options.
Ordering & Customization
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard colors start at 100 units per style. Custom designs, OEM, and private-label orders typically require 300–500 units depending on the project scope.
Can I customize the design or add my logo?
Yes. We support custom prints, embroidered logos, hang tags, and packaging. Send us your design brief and we will provide mockups and a quote.
How long does production take?
Standard orders: 25–30 days after order confirmation. Custom/OEM orders: 35–45 days depending on complexity and sample approval.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Sample orders for standard colors ship within 5–7 days. Custom samples require additional lead time for printing and approval.
Shipping & After-Sales
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) based on order volume and urgency. We will recommend the most cost-effective option for your destination.
What is your return policy?
If a product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange replacements or a credit on your next order.
Note: Customized and personalized products are made to order and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Order changes are accepted within 48 hours of confirmation. Once production begins, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please double-check your specifications before approving.
